Patio Home - L-Shaped Yard

This small patio home had an outdated wooden deck next to the enclosed porch and poor access to the side yard pond.

The new design removed the deck and replaced it with a brick stoop with an iron rail and created a new brick path to the side yard. A sitting area was created next to the pond and the waterfall was moved to face the sitting area.

Lighting was added along the path, as well as accent lights for the waterfall and sculpture.
